3.1. Deliverables and Output
For advisory engagements, the ownership of specific deliverables will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). When you apply for a role at Loom, you may upload a resume or other document (a "Submission"). You retain ownership of your Submission. The licence terminates when we delete the Submission per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on our Site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure on our DMCA Notice & Takedown page.
