By accessing or using loom.technology (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you MUST NOT use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (RFCs, blog posts, components) are the proprietary property of Loom Technology.

2.1. AI-Generated Outputs

Loom Technology hereby assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to any Outputs generated by our AI interactive services based on your specific Inputs. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of such Outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You MUST NOT attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, use the Site to develop competing AI models, or interfere with the proper working of the Site.

4. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS." LOOM TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased; Loom Technology is not liable for reliance on such content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Loom Technology be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the last six months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes MUST be resolved in the courts of the San Francisco Bay Area.
