Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Loom is committed to making this site usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. What we test

We design with semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, and keyboard-reachable interactive elements as defaults. New pages and significant changes are reviewed manually against WCAG 2.1 AA before publication.

We are working toward automated accessibility checks in our build pipeline using axe-core. When that is in place, this page will say so and describe the gate it enforces.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following known limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some third-party embedded widgets (e.g., the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge on the consultation form) are not fully under our control. We track their conformance and substitute alternatives when better options become available.

4. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.

  • What to include: the page URL, the assistive technology you were using (screen reader, keyboard-only, magnifier, etc.), and a description of what didn't work.
  • Response time: we will acknowledge within two business days and provide a remediation plan or fix within thirty calendar days.

5. Alternative channels

If any part of this site is inaccessible to you, you may also reach us through the consultation form. We do not require any visitor to use a specific channel.
